Probiotics are bacteria that are essential for intestinal health. There are many drugs that can kill the bacteria in the gut, such as antibiotics. Therefore, it is important to recharge the good bacteria. Probiotics can be obtained from the yogurt.

5. Drink Digestive Enzymes
Digestive enzymes help break down and digest food. This supplement contains a substance produced by the body to break down food efficiently. Often due to stress and drugs, the body produces insufficient enzyme.
